Elizabeth Freire Costa Ghedin, known as Beth Ghedin, was born in Delmiro Gouveia, in the interior of Alagoas and, since she was a child, showed interest in music and languages.

She moved with her family to Salvador and encouraged by her parents, studied piano, English and German.
At the age of 21, in search of new horizons, she will live in São Paulo, where she met the lyric singing teacher, Julia da Silva Monteiro, who encourages her to dedicate herself to this career.
But the popular song ended up winning his heart. Always a mutant, he was not content to sing a style or just a language.
Thus he began to increase his repertoire of Brazilian music from the imperial modinhas to the present day in addition to singing in English, French, Italian, Spanish and German.

He toured Germany and Switzerland, where he had the opportunity to expand his knowledge.

Back in Brazil, he made presentations in Salvador (Costa do Sauípe, Convention Center, Casa do Comércio) and in several states.
In 2003, he chose Santa Catarina Island as his new home. He has held shows at congresses, conventions, cocktails, graduations, religious ceremonies, among other institutional and business events.
In particular, the artist highlights her interpretation of the Brazilian National Anthem to the chapel, the Anthem of the State of Santa Catarina and the Anthem of the City of Florianópolis.
His striking voice can also be heard at civic events, such as those held at the Legislative Assembly (Civil Service Week), at the Administration Secretariat, at the Álvaro de Carvalho Theater (Cruz e Souza Medal Award) and at the CIC Theater.

In 2017 he decides to study singing again and meets the lyric singing teacher Massami Ganev who gives a new direction to his life in search of his true voice, his soul and his essence.
He returns to Salvador to rediscover his roots and start a new trend in his singing career, seeking to align his Brazilian and international repertoire with arrangements always marked by percussions, sounds, and Bahian swing.
Beth Ghedin is a restless artist, curious and always looking for new frontiers.
